1. There follows directions of the mind towards concentration on one real aim.

2. Concentration is to embrace aim with the incessant flow of mind.

3. We reach consciousness when mind reflects only its meaning.

4. Consciousness can be reached by means of the three steps directed towards one and the same aim.

5. main abilities can be reached by means conscientious mastering.

6. Transition from one stage to another is gradual and smooth and does not require any external influence.

7. There three steps differ from the previous five ones by being internally managed by us.

8. But even they are external compared to the non-casual consciousness.

9. Putting an end to the disorderly existence of the mind and its mastering leads to mastering its abilities/capacities.

10. Pure existence can be achieved when all impressions are obliterated.

11. Consciousness destroys the diversity of directions as well as state of being concentrated on a single direction.

12. This is how we will be able to achieve unity that brings together past and future into eternal present.

13. In this process we will be able to understand the modifications of the rough shape, the properties, the activity, the

purpose and usefulness of all elements.

14. Modifications are based on the combination of qualities which are being defined in an exhausting, manifesting or

alluding way.

15. The different sequence of the modifications is the cause of variety in the world.

16. The conscientious mastering of the three types of modification leads to knowledge about the past and the future.

17. The conscientious mastering of sound, object and meaning which are mistakenly confused brings us knowledge of

the sounds produced by all creatures.

18. The conscientious mastering of impressions brings knowledge of re-births.

19. We acquire knowledge of the state by means of samyama over characteristics (signs) of our body.

20. But not knowledge of contents, because that type of knowledge has not been the purpose of the conscientious

mastering.

21. Invisibility of the shape of the body can be reached when we eliminate the ability to perceive it by cutting the link

between eyes and light.

22. The results of the acts are of the following two types - active and dormant. By means of the conscientious

mastering of these results and the omens we achieve knowledge of their realization and of dissociating from the body.

23. Based on friendliness we can achieve its strenghtening.

24. Based on power we can achieve the power of an elephant and other powers.

25. Based on activity we achieve knowledge of the small, hidden and alluded.

26. Based on the sun we achieve knowledge of the universe.

27. Based on the moon - knowledge of the stars and the galaxies.

28. Based on the Pole Star - knowledge of their movement.

29. Based on the navel - knowledge of the body structure.

30. Based on the pit at the lower part of the neck - elimination of the feeling of hunger and thirst.

31. Based on kurmanadi which is located under the chest we achieve immobility.

32. Based on the light in our head - knowledge of our powers.

33. Based on fundamental existence we achieve universal knowledge.

34. Based on the heart - knowledge of the structure of the organism.

35. Those who cannot differentiate between stability and spirit, need experience. The conscientious mastering of the

difference brings knowledge of the spirit.

36. This will result in transformation of the senses characteristic of the fundamental existence.

37. They can be an obstacle to consciousness but they are the absolute powers of the man directed towards the outer

world.

38. Liberation from the link and knowledge of the entrance and the process of entering will allow us to enter a different

body.

39. Based on the means of flying we can achieve the ability of walking on water, swamps, thorns, etc.

40. Based on the conscientious notion(means) - the body gets filled with light.

41. Based on the relation between hearing and space we can achieve infinite hearing.

42. Based on the relation between body and space and meditation on the lightness of the cotton thread we can achieve

the ability of moving in space.

43. By consciously mastering the real modifications of the organism we can reach complete bodily perfection that

destroys the obstacles of the enlightening.

44. By consciously the five fundamental(basic) elements in their states: rough, implied, penetrating and bringing

advantage one can gain complete control over them.

45. As a result one can achieve the ability of changing the body to any size, bodily perfection and indestructability of the

bodily properties.

46. The perfect body comprises beauty, pleasantness, power, hardness of a diamond.

47. By mastering the sense of shape, perception, self-consciousness, shrewdness and usefulness of the sensual organs

we can exercise power over them.

48. As a result we get Quick in our actions, independent of our sensual organs and we become masters of the main

purpose.

49. The conscientious mastering of the difference between stability and spirit we will bring us universal power and

universal knowledge.

50. We can reach independence if we remain impartial to there achievements and when we destroy the seeds of any

passion.

51. We should be careful not to be attempted to communicate with alien creatures in order to prevent ourselves from any

pride or complacency because there is still the chance of getting into undesired contacts or deviations.

52. The ability to be able to tell the difference is the result of the conscientious mastering of the moment and its

sequence.

53. Telling the difference makes it possible to differentiate between two idential things when there is no difference

between them in gender, characteristics, condition.

54. The ability achieved is universal, constantly available and instant.

55. When the purity of stability(consciousness) becomes equal to the purity of the spirit, then we will be able to achieve absolute freedom.
